Villa Fiori is a very special holiday address in a beautiful hillside location in Colico with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The spacious pool is located in the middle of the beautifully landscaped and richly planted garden. A large, furnished arcade terrace offers nice opportunities to relax and enjoy the "dolce far niente" outdoors. There... is plenty of space in the garden for ball and leisure games of all kinds. The garden is completely fenced. The flat is on the ground floor on the lake side of a two-family house. The upper part of the house is occupied by the landlord couple. In the surrounding area there are many meadows as well as other holiday homes and Lombard country houses. Garden and pool are shared.
The holiday apartment impresses with its modern, bright design and charming Lombard country house style. Elegant parquet flooring gives all rooms a warm atmosphere. The entrance to the flat is located on the covered terrace and leads directly into the spacious living area with lake views. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wine refrigerator. A cosy dining area and two comfortable sofas invite you to relax. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both equipped with televisions. The bathroom is designed with light-coloured tiles and has a spacious shower. Air conditioning in the hallway and living area provides additional comfort.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner. For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

wunderschรถne Lage, der Pool ein Traum fast nur fรผr uns. Viel Platz, alles piccobello sauber, praktisch und hochwertige Qualitรคt. Wir sind viel zu Fuร in Ort, an See, Panoramawege genutzt. Die Abtei Piona pittoresk und eine Gartenoase. Das Naturschutzgebiet Pian di Spagna mit unseren Fahrrรคdern entdeckt. Gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schรถne Wohnung mit kompletter Einrichtung und - was bei der Hitze in den beiden Wochen sehr hilfreich war - zwei Klimaanlagen. Der groรe Garten ist geschmackvoll bepflanzt und hat eine schรถne Sitzgelegenheit mit Tisch, groรem Sonnenschirm und tollem Seeblick. Der Pool ist relativ groร und vor allem - was nicht immer selbstverstรคndlich ist - sehr sauber. Bei der Hitze haben wir ihn auch viel genutzt. Sehr hilfreich ist, dass eine Garage zur Verfรผgung steht, von der aus man einen direkten Zugang zur Wohnung hat. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: das Bett im groรen Schlafzimmer quietscht ein wenig, was den Schlaf doch etwas stรถrt.

Tipptopp. Schรถne Wohnung, sehr sauber und alles ordentlich. Der Garten ist wunderschรถn, sehr gepflegt - passt alles. Garage mit Eingang zur Wohnung ist auch sehr praktisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich, es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten ist etwas zu klein geraten und fรผr 2 Kinder geeignet. Die Matratze im anderen Schlafzimmer war nach Meinung meiner Schwester zu hart und ungemรผtlich. Aber sonst war alles in Ordnung und wir haben uns gut erholt.

"Ferienwohnung" ist schon fast die falsche Bezeichnung. Sie kennen das: man sieht sich nach einem Ort um im Internet um die schรถnste Zeit des Jahres zu genieรen. Man findet immer tolle Beschreibungen, super Bilder - am Ende stimmt dann oft nichts รผberein. In diesem Fall ist das anders. Jedes Bild, die Beschreibung - alles passt zu 100%. Super Ausstattung der Wohnung - alles da was man braucht. Sogar eine Garage gibt es um sein Fahrzeug sicher abzustellen. Der Zugang von der Garage direkt in die Wohnung erleichtert schon die Ankunft - 3 Meter und das Gepรคck ist in der Wohnung. Die Auรenanlage ist herrlich. Der Pool perfekt. Man sieht sofort das hier die Besitzer viel Liebe ins Details steckten. Sehr gepflegter Innen- und Auรenbereich. Die Ort Colico ist auch eine sehr gute Wahl am Comer See. Hier ist immer etwas geboten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und wรผrden sich um jedes "Problem" sofort kรผmmern - nur gibt es halt keine ;) Uneingeschrรคnkt empfehlenswert!

LA BREVA Bewertung erhalten: Die Wohnung, Garten, Swimmingpool war alles bestens und wir hatten sehr schรถne Tage. Auch ihre Unterlagen waren sehr hilfreich und informativ. Das einzige kleine Negative waren vielleicht schon die Sprachbarrieren, da auch mit Englisch nicht viel zu machen war, aber letzten Endes haben wir doch alles geregelt bekommen. Bei der nรคchsten Urlaubsplanung kommen wir gerne wieder auf La BReva zurรผck.
