Through the apartment entrance, you enter the open and light-filled living area with an integrated kitchen, dining area, and comfortable double sofa bed. The modern, fully equipped kitchen faces the quiet mountain side. From the living area, you can access the balcony with a dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a magnificent lake view.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom. The double bedroom, facing the lake, features a large window and offers a beautiful view – a perfect way to start your day. The bathroom, also on the mountain side, is equipped with a sink, shower, bidet, and toilet.

The apartment boasts bright tiled floors and a welcoming, cozy interior, creating a pleasant living atmosphere.

The area around Bellano offers an ideal combination of relaxation and activity: Right in town, the well-maintained Lido di Bellano invites visitors to swim and unwind with its sunbathing lawns, pool, and lake access, while in the surrounding area – for example, in Lierna or Colico – you'll find other beautiful natural beaches with crystal-clear water. Those seeking more active pursuits can take advantage of the diverse range of water sports such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, and windsurfing, as well as attractive hiking and cycling trails, including the panoramic Sentiero del Viandante. A particular highlight is the impressive Orrido di Bellano gorge, which offers a breathtaking glimpse into the region's varied natural landscape.

Enjoy the pure ambiance of the lake – from early morning until late at night by candlelight. Dolce Vita sempre – the lake in all its colors.
The pedestrian-friendly location, even with a stroller, is simply fantastic. Live right on the lake and be in the village with the swimming area just steps away.

There are several public parking lots nearby. For loading and unloading, you can use the lakeside parking lot next to the promenade.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are payable on site:
- Tourist tax: €3 per person/day (ages 12 and up)
- Heating: €5 per day (November 1st to April 15th)
