Access to the house is at ground level via the terrace and leads straight into the spacious, open-plan living area. On the lake-facing side, a cosy sofa with a TV invites you to relax, with the modern kitchen and dining table adjacent. A row of windows offers views of the lake, the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside. A modern steel staircase leads from the living area up to the loft on the upper floor, which features a double bed and a bathroom.
From the living area, a small hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor – a comfortable double bedroom, a cosy triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed – ideal for children or a small family – as well as the bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
In the attic, the double bedroom awaits you, designed in an open-plan loft style and connected directly to the living area via the staircase. It therefore has no door and is open to the living area below. The open-plan design creates a spacious and airy atmosphere. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A washing machine is also available here.
