The two windows in the living area offer stunning panoramic views of the lake and mountains.
A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. On the lake side is the master bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony overlooking the lake, as well as the second double bedroom, which also overlooks the lake. On the mountain side is the bedroom with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The natural stone house has been lovingly renovated by the owner with taste and style, using plenty of wood and rustic materials, which are reflected in the interior décor.

The location is ideal for mountain bike rides and hikes, which start right on your doorstep. Gera Lario, about a 10-minute drive away, is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Whether it’s surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, canoeing or stand-up paddleboarding along the Mera – active holidaymakers will find everything they could wish for here.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
