Sun loungers are available and can be stored on the beach. In the evening, the idyllic beach ambience invites you to barbecue. In the surrounding area there are beautiful gardens, villas, residential houses and free shore properties - a green oasis of nature. The narrow local lakeside road runs approx. 20 m above, the local bypass road is tunneled under and not perceptible.
Until spring 2023 there are renovation and construction works on the neighbouring property.

The dining area and a TV corner with two armchairs invite you to relax. Plenty of light penetrates through the two large windows and the open roof beams create an airy ambience. A tiled staircase leads down to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with lake views and a friendly bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC/bidet. One bedroom has a reading balcony facing the lake.
