On the lake side is the communal garden with Mediterranean plants, a solar-heated pool, children's pool and children's playground equipment. Both the garden and the pool area, with its numerous places, offer all kinds of possibilities to relax and enjoy the sun and warmth. Bike workshop and bike storage, table tennis and table football complete the holiday ambience for family and friends.

From almost all rooms you can enjoy magnificent views of the lake and the mountains.
The light-flooded living area with cosy, open roof beams, double sofa bed, side, modern kitchen with dining area has access to the covered natural stone balcony with magnificent lake and mountain views.
There is a double room on the lake side with a fantastic panoramic view and a twin room (beds can be put together) on the mountain side, as well as a bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and WC/bidet.
Both pools usually warm up a few degrees more than the outside temperature.
The headland of Domaso is below with beautiful shallow beaches and surf, kite & and sailboat hire.
Due to the hillside location, there are few, unsecured wall projections - small children require increased supervision here.
There is an information office in the residence with a German-speaking contact person.
