The flat Coratina has a large covered natural stone balcony on the lake side with a beautiful panoramic view.
On the lake side is the communal garden with Mediterranean plants, a solar-heated pool, children's pool and children's playground equipment. Both the garden and the pool area, with its numerous places, offer all kinds of possibilities to relax and enjoy the sun and warmth. Bike workshop and bike storage, table tennis tables and table football complete the holiday ambience for family and friends. The location: above Domaso on the western shore within Vercana, a sun-drenched mountain village with wine canteens. Surrounding are vineyards, meadows, residential and holiday homes.

From almost all rooms you can enjoy magnificent views of the lake and the mountains. The living areas are furnished with dining table group and couch area, modern and comfortable kitchens.
A light-flooded living area with side kitchen and a cosy dining area on the lake side with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains has access to the partly covered panoramic balcony.
The double bedroom also has lake views and access to the panoramic balcony with dining table and sun loungers. There are two further twin rooms (beds can be put together) on the mountain and garden side. The two modern bathrooms are equipped once with shower and once with bathtub, both have washbasin and WC/bidet.
Both pools usually warm up a few degrees more than the outside temperature.
The headland of Domaso is below with beautiful shallow beaches and surf, kite and sailboat rental.
Due to the hillside location, there are few, unsecured wall projections - small children require increased supervision here.
There is an information office in the residence with a German-speaking contact person.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
