The house spans three levels, connected by internal staircases. It features three bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms.
Access to the house is either via the single garage or via a few steps through the communal garden to the terrace and living area.
Your holiday home is surrounded by meadows and traditional country houses with a typical village character – a place to relax and enjoy yourself.

The modern Mediterranean ambience is harmoniously complemented by elegant terracotta tiles.
The garden steps lead to the garden gate and on to the partially covered terrace. From here, you enter the spacious living and dining area. The modern, well-equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area blends seamlessly and functionally into the living space.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with direct access to the panoramic balcony. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. On this level there is also a modern bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet.
In the separate annexe, there is a cosy basement bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a further bathroom with a bath. A dehumidifier with an integrated air conditioning function ensures a pleasant indoor climate here. From this area, you have direct access to the single garage and, via a staircase, to the living area.
Crystal-clear water, a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of Lake Como make it a special spot for swimming, away from the main tourist crowds. The beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, stand-up paddleboarding or simply relaxing in a unique setting.
The holiday home can be used all year round and impresses with its exceptional comfort in every season. The Danish owners place great importance on quality, comfort and respectful treatment of their lovingly maintained holiday home, which they themselves use regularly.

Please note that due to its condition, the garage access is only suitable for lowered vehicles to a limited extent. However, there are good parking facilities along the street, including for additional vehicles.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
