The large plot is densely planted, partly on a slope and uneven, and belongs to a relative; it may be used by arrangement.
The owner is usually present on Sundays and for 1–2 weeks in the summer and is approachable and considerate.
The plot is partially fenced.

The interior features solid wood furniture, a brick-built kitchen, granite and light-coloured tiled flooring.
A lockable cellar for bikes, sports equipment and groceries is accessed via a brick-built external staircase.
A gentle climb with plenty of flat sections along the way. In Gera Lario on Lake Como, you’ll find lovely flat beaches, some with sand, and good surfing and kitesurfing opportunities, including a surf school with equipment hire.
From your holiday home in Albonico, you can go on hikes, mountain bike tours and walks.
The lake is accessible via narrow paths and is suitable for swimming.
The apartment is also ideal for winter holidays. The hiking and skiing areas of Val Malenco, Madesimo and St. Moritz are also easily accessible for day trips.
Due to the hillside location and some protruding walls, extra care is required with small children.
In the neighbourhood there is a small farm with a farm shop selling homemade jams, juices, honey and more.
