The Bella Cecilia holiday home is idyllically situated on a picturesque hillside on the western shore of Lake Como, in the district of Torre, above the charming village of Rezzonico with its impressive historic castle. The house is the middle one in a staggered row of three. Right next to the terrace, a staircase leads up into the wooded hillside.

Large windows offer a stunning view of the lake and lend the house a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The tasteful décor, with its personal touch, highlights the property’s unique character. As the owners use the house themselves for their holidays, particular emphasis has been placed on quality in terms of fittings and comfort.

The modern Mediterranean ambience is harmoniously complemented by elegant terracotta tiles.

The garden steps lead to the garden gate and on to the partially covered terrace. From here, you enter the spacious living and dining area. The modern, well-equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area blends seamlessly and functionally into the living space.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with direct access to the panoramic balcony. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. On this level there is also a modern bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet.

In the separate annexe, there is a cosy basement bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a further bathroom with a bath. A dehumidifier with an integrated air conditioning function ensures a pleasant indoor climate here. From this area, you have direct access to the single garage and, via a staircase, to the living area.

Santa Maria Rezzonico has small, gently sloping beaches located about 1.5 km further down the lake.
Crystal-clear water, a peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of Lake Como make it a special spot for swimming, away from the main tourist crowds. The beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, stand-up paddleboarding or simply relaxing in a unique setting.

The house enjoys a sunny location from the early morning until late afternoon. Thanks to its well-thought-out layout, it is ideal for two couples – with or without children – whilst offering plenty of privacy for all guests.
The holiday home can be used all year round and impresses with its exceptional comfort in every season. The Danish owners place great importance on quality, comfort and respectful treatment of their lovingly maintained holiday home, which they themselves use regularly.

The granny flat has direct access to the single garage. From there, a staircase leads conveniently up to the living area.

A bike service stand and a water tap for cleaning bikes are available for cyclists – ideal for active holidaymakers and cyclists.

Please note that due to its condition, the garage access is only suitable for lowered vehicles to a limited extent. However, there are good parking facilities along the street, including for additional vehicles.

E-car charging allowed at the domicile. Socket power up to 4 kW. Surcharge € 0.80/kWh, payable on site.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs must be paid on site:
- Gas according to consumption 3 € per m³
- E-car charging socket 0.80 euro/kWh

Das FH ist in einer Hanglage mit einem atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf den Lario. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage in einem der 2 Schlafzimmer. Zur Anlage gehören noch 2 Reihenhäuser links und rechts davon. Bedingt durch die versetzte Bauweise ist die Privatsphäre bei voller Vermietung ziemlich eingeschränkt. Herzlichen Dank auch an das Team von Labreva. Es war eine sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Great spacious house on top of à hilside living community. An amazing view over the Lake and the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes drive to a large super market. 10 minutes drive to the village Mennagio where you can take the ferry to Bellagio and Varenna for example. The entrance of the house is about 20 steps up a minor steep slope. The entrance to the garage on the other hand is so steep from the narrow street up that is a challenge for your car to get up there. The whole house was clean and wel equipted with good appliances.

Dieses Haus ist für 4 Personen absolut herrlich und mit einem Traumblick auf den Comer See. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Laut Beschreibung gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, dieser ist jedoch so am Hang gelegen , das er nicht nutzbar ist und somit der Erwähnung nicht bedarf. Der Schlafraum im Untergeschoss ist wenig einladend, wir würden dort nicht mit 6 Personen Urlaub machen wollen. Die Gegend hatte für uns 4 (2 Paare um die 50 J.) einen sehr hohen Erholungswert.

Wir haben in diesem tollen Haus zwei prima Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Von Santa Maria Rezzonico kann man täglich Ausflüge vornehmen, Menaggio liegt ca. 7 km entfernt von dort aus gibt es sehr gute Schiffsanbindungen. Als Fazit bleibt ein toller Eindruck und wir können dieses schöne Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.
