To the left is the dining area with a kitchenette, including a sideboard, sink, gas hob and espresso machine with Lavazza capsules. There is no dishwasher. On the right-hand side you will find the living area with a large open fireplace and cosy benches. Here you can relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day or read a book in peace.
There is a ceiling fan with remote control in the living room.
On the same level is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a cosy wood-burning stove, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC, bidet and washing machine.
A staircase leads upstairs to the gallery, where there is another single bed. This room is suitable for additional sleeping accommodation or as a cosy retreat.
The Rustico Ciabott is simply but lovingly furnished in a rustic style and offers plenty for a relaxing holiday. Here you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The charming furnishings give the holiday home a cosy atmosphere where you can feel at home.
Gera Lario has a fishing port and marina, as well as adjacent extensive bathing beaches. Here you will also find a public lido and a surf school.
The shallow and extensive sandy beaches on the Lapunta headland are particularly popular and are ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
For active holidaymakers, there are numerous possibilities in the surrounding area. Dascio offers beautiful walking and hiking trails as well as mountain bike tours that start right on site. The lakeside path along the lake is perfect for cycling and leads all the way to Gera Lario.
If you enjoy being on the water, you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddling (SUP) on the Mera, both towards Lake Mezzola and Lake Como.
The house and garden is only suitable to a limited extent for small children and people with limited mobility due to partially unsecured balconies and stairs. Please pay special attention to toddlers and children.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
