The detached Argentina holiday home is situated in a beautiful hillside location about 8 km from the lake above Stazzona in the hamlet of La Costa, which has about 20 houses, and combines the charm of old Italy with modern living comfort. Below is a beautiful chestnut forest.

While the façade has retained its original character, the interior of the house has been lovingly renovated and offers a bright, inviting atmosphere.

From the private parking space on the mountain road, about fifteen steps lead through a wooden gate directly onto the fenced property. On the lake side, the garden opens up with a dining table, deck chairs and an incomparable panoramic view of the lake. The garden surrounds the house and is almost completely fenced in – only at the rear, where the mountain borders the property, does it remain open. There is also a small shed there.

The double bedroom has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view over Lake Como. Here, in a quiet, secluded location, you can spend your holidays surrounded by nature and privacy.

The entrance to the house is on the lake side and leads directly into the bright, spacious living area. This is lovingly furnished and offers both a cosy seating area with a sofa and a dining area, complemented by a cosy wood-burning stove and a decorative fireplace.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with a kitchenette, a two-ring hob and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms, each offering a magnificent view of the lake, and a dressing room with a wardrobe and clothes racks.
The double bedroom has a balcony with a panoramic view, and the twin bedroom also faces the lake – the beds can be pushed together.

The ground floor has stylish stone flooring, while the upper floor features cosy old parquet flooring and beautiful wooden ceilings with beams, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Mobile electric heaters are available in both bedrooms for the colder months.

In Dongo, you can refresh yourself and soak up the sun on one of the beautiful beaches. The main beach in Dongo is a picturesque place to swim. With its fine gravel and clear water, it is ideal for sunbathing and swimming. The Lido di Dongo is a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

From the vacation home, you can set off directly on hikes and mountain bike tours – the varied mountain world above Lake Como offers fantastic views, idyllic trails, and sporting challenges for every level.

Please note the elevated location and the winding road leading up to it—but it's worth it: here you can enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and sweeping views that make every moment special.
A dream for hikers, cyclists, and animal lovers.

The vacation home is only partially suitable for guests with limited mobility due to the steep stairs leading up to the house. Extra caution is advised with small children.

There is a private parking space available on the road below the house. From there, steps lead up to the property.
The access road is mostly paved, with only the last 150 metres or so being unpaved.

If you have a low-slung or wide vehicle (over 2 metres), we recommend parking before the unpaved section and walking the last bit.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Wood can be ordered, charged according to consumption at €30.00 per crate (30 kg).

Services on request:
- Storage space for bikes and sports equipment in the shed on request

Wunderschöne Lage und Anfahrt. Idyllische Ruhe, faszinierendes Ambiente im Haus, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin pflegt einen guten Stil auch in der Küchenausstattung und sonstigen Accessoires. Die Verwaltern Oxana ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Danke für alles, gerne wieder.
