The Giulia vacation apartment right on the lake in the lakeside village of Dongo is located on the second floor of an Italian townhouse with historical flair. You enter the apartment via the communal staircase into a modern hallway. To the right is the open-plan kitchen/living room with dining table, sofa area, TV and, on the uphill side, the modern kitchen with kitchen island for sociable cooking.
Here you have a view of the lake and the piazza from the large windows. To the left is the bathroom with modern shower, washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.
On the lake side are the two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room with bunk beds, each with a wonderful lake view.
Fine stone floors, an elegant wooden kitchen with modern kitchen island and great attention to detail ensure a very special living experience.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, Dongo invites you to linger on its beautiful, shallow beaches. Partly with fine sand and plenty of green space, they offer ideal conditions for relaxed days of swimming - perfect for families with children.

The elegant apartment impresses with its bright, modern and tasteful furnishings and its spacious ambience.
Added to this is the unique location directly on the lake opposite the fishing port of Dongo on a typical Italian piazza - pure Lake Como feeling!
Whether you just want to spend long days on the beach or take a boat trip around the lake, the location is ideal for leaving the car behind.

Ample public parking is available on the piazza in front of the building. There are also underground garages and other parking facilities within walking distance.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax 1 € per day/person
- Heating 12 € per day for use

Superlage am Hafen von Dongo, ideal alles zu Fuß erreichbar und Bikes abgesperrt im Hauseingang deponiert, unser Ansprechpartner war gut kontaktierbar, die Wohnung herrlich neu und lichtdurchflutet elegant genau wie auf den Bildern, waren sehr zufrieden für diese Spontanbuchung. kleiner Wermutstropfen: der Billardverein in Dongo war geschlossen, haben dann im Nachbarverein etwas gefunden.
