The Maranina holiday apartment is located on a sunny, relaxing hillside, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of the mountain village of Trezzone above Gera Lario. The lake is approximately 1.5 km away by car or a shorter walk. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding nature, which gently stretches out below the house.

Description

The Maranina holiday apartment is located on a sunny, relaxing hillside, nestled in the peaceful surroundings of the mountain village of Trezzone above Gera Lario. The lake is approximately 1.5 km away by car or a shorter walk. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding nature, which gently stretches out below the house.

A path leads from the car park down to the fenced property. A garden gate leads to the covered entrance of the holiday apartment.

The house is located on a slope. On the lake side, the flat has a balcony across its entire width, equipped with a dining table, chairs and an electric barbecue for convivial evenings outdoors. Here you can also enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee. Below is a small fenced garden with fantastic lake and mountain views and deckchairs for relaxing.

The side entrance leads directly into the spacious living and dining area facing the lake, with access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The dining table is located on the lake side, offering you a picturesque view of the lake while you dine. A cosy sofa and an inviting fireplace – not usable – complete the cosy ambience.

The separate kitchen on the lake side offers plenty of space and is open to the living area and also has access to the balcony with panoramic lake views.

A hallway leads from the living area to the bedrooms.
The double bedroom with a beautiful mountain view is located on the side and offers peace and privacy.
The twin bedroom offers a magnificent view of the lake through its window.

One bathroom has a washbasin, shower and toilet, while the second bathroom has two washbasins, a bathtub, toilet and bidet.

The apartment is cosily furnished with Lombard wooden furniture and light-coloured tiled floors.

Nearby, there are shallow beaches along the Mera River and in Gera Lario, which are particularly suitable for families and water sports enthusiasts.
There you will find children's playgrounds, boat hire, surfing and sailing schools, canoe hire, tennis courts and boccia courts.

The flat has a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and mountains and is lovingly furnished with Italian Lombard flair.
The landlord's parents live in seclusion on the upper floor.

A steep, narrow path leads down the last few metres to the entrance and is only partially suitable for people with walking difficulties. Increased supervision is required for small children.

There is a reserved parking space for your vehicle approximately 100 metres away on the road above, and public parking spaces, which are usually free, are available on the property above your holiday flat.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following services can be booked in addition:
- Pet 10 € per day

- Heating according to consumption in the months from October to April, only if used 10 €/day

Angekommen auf dem Berg wird man belohnt durch einen super Blick auf den See. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer übertraf alle Erwartungen , wir wurden herzlich Empfangen von Elisa & Lorenzo als Begrüßung wartete eine köstliche selbstgemachte Süßigkeit von Elisa sowie 1 Flasche Prosecco. Die Unterkunft war perfekt , sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so benötigt, der Panoramablick vom Apartment ist wunderschön. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, um das Haus zu erreichen. Für jede kleine Frage, Anregung oder Hilfe, die wir brauchten, war Elisa immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Wir und unser Hund haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt !

Parkplatz nichts für große Fahrzeuge. Zugang zur Wohnung sollte mit Treppen versehen werden: Kleinkind, ältere Menschen, Knieprobleme, Schuhe ohne festen Halt - alles nicht geeignet. Holz gab es nur einen Tag. Küchenausstattung mager. Im Garten hat es dem Bub gefallen, aber war immer Tierkot…roch dann sehr streng. Elisabet war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sauber und hat funktioniert.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, jedoch für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Vom Parkplatz aus geht man abwärts über teilweise unebene Flächen und es besteht keine Möglichkeit ( außer an einem Maschendrahtzaun ) sich festzuhalten. Abends schaltet sich die Beleuchtung zu spät oder gar nicht ein, so das noch ein zusätzlicher Gefahrenpunkt besteht. Elsa weiß Bescheid und wollte die Beleuchtung reparieren lassen.

Ein toller Urlaub im Örtchen Trezzone...Nähr Domaso Unsere Ferienwohnung über die tolle Gastgeberin Elisa war wunderbar , immer wieder gerne .

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber mit grandiosem Blick auf den Lago, insgesamt haben wir und unser Hund uns sehr wohl gefühlt und entschleunigte und schöne Tage verbracht!

Wunderbare Lage oberhalb des Sees mit unverbautem Blick. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht - Balkon, Liegewiese, phantastische Aussicht, italienisches Umfeld jenseits von Urlaubsrummel.

Ich war komplett super zufrieden sowohl mit LABREVA als auch mit der Ferienwohnung Maranina. Die Wohnung war gut beschrieben und es war alles da um einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen zu können.
