The Jessi apartment in the 2-family house can be reached via the large garden and the associated terrace. The side entrance area takes guests directly into the rustically furnished living area, which has a fitted kitchen, a large, inviting dining table and a sofa bed. The owners of this house have opted for natural materials in the furnishings, creating a warm atmosphere that is rounded off by the orange curtains and the pellet stove.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the top floor, as is the shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony.
A staircase leads to the cozy, open attic, where the two single beds are located.

The village of Poira di Dentro is located at an altitude of 1100 meters and belongs to the Sondrio region in Lombardy.
It is the ideal starting point for guests who enjoy hiking, mountain biking or skiing in winter, or who simply love seclusion.
With the Komoot app, for example, you can view hiking routes or mountain bike tours and choose the most suitable routes for you.

If you would like to explore the “Ponte nel Cielo” bridge, you will find it in the town of Tartano, just 26 km away in the province of Sondrio.
The bridge is open every day and is also suitable for small children.
243 meters long, at an altitude of 1034 meters, it connects the villages of Campo and Maggengo Frasino.
Breathtaking views are guaranteed.

Just 24 km from Poira is the village of Colico, in the north of Lake Como. Water lovers get their money's worth here. Here you will find every conceivable sporting activity, from swimming and surfing to motorboat hire. You can reach the towns of Menaggio or Bellagio by public boat.

One tip is the "Anello delle Poire" circular trail

Poire ring hike:
A circular hike of approx. 5 km with a difference in altitude of 200 meters, which leads you to discover these enchanting hamlets. The starting point is the square in front of the Madonna della Neve church in Poira di Civo, where you can easily park.
The easy trail leads along paths and offers breathtaking views of the lower Valtellina, the majestic Oroben and Rhaetian Alps and the head of the Valgerola. The highlight of the route is the village of Pecoia, from where you can enjoy an unforgettable view of Lake Como and, thanks to the western exposure, a beautiful sunset over the upper Lario.

2 parking spaces are available for guests

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
