Modern family residence in an idyllic location close to the village and the beach. In a sunny, gentle hillside location with two holiday homes Case delle Rose Gialla and Rose - the Rose Houses. Surrounded by country houses, small farms and meadows. A terraced garden surrounds you, with open spaces for playing and relaxing. The pool faces the lake.

Gialla Firsia:
Via your seaside furnished garden terrace you enter the flat in the granny annexe and the spacious bright living room with dining table, open modern and well-equipped kitchen and double sofa bed. On the sea side is the double bedroom, on the mountain side the twin bedroom and the single bedroom, the large shower room with washbasin, WC and bidet and a separate guest WC with washbasin and bidet, both also with windows.

The solar-heated pool is open from Easter to mid-September, depending on the weather. The lake, numerous bathing possibilities and a surf school near Colico are within walking distance.

The location is ideal for exploring the lake by car, but also for leaving the car behind: Whether it's kitesurfing lessons on the beach, walking or cycling from beach to beach, kayaking on the Addazo River or Lake Mezzola, horseback riding in the Pian di Spagna, tennis on the surrounding courts, bird watching or the delicious adventure of trying to spot the best of the three ice cream parlours in the piazza, you won't get bored here! In addition, you can visit the most beautiful places by water and easily reach the eastern shore with Varenna, Bellano and Lecco as well as Bergamo, Milan and Chiavenna by train. The residence is recommended all year round. Well-kept holiday flats for holiday savers: bed linen is provided (to be changed yourself). Landlords speak German and can be reached by telephone.

There are private parking spaces for your vehicles within the property.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over
- Heating according to consumption

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (Gialla Firsia, EG), toller Pool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Ein Staubsauger wäre toll und die Kaffeemaschine müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Basics wie Mülltüten und Geschirrhandtücher wären auch super gewesen. Toaster wäre ‚nice to have‘. Die Terrasse ist prima, die Liegen sind super.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war sehr schön und sauber. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden. Man hätte allerdings Dinge wie: Mülltüten, Spülmittel und Abtrockentücher bereitstellen können. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen im April/Mai hier. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, minimalistisch, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Leider auch sehr hellhörig! Man hört in jedem Zimmer jedes Geräusch aus der Wohnung. In der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden, bis auf Handtücher. Einen Staubsauger hätten wir uns noch gewünscht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Herr Masolini kümmert sich, wenn etwas kaputt ist. Der Spielplatz & die Einfahrt waren von unserer Wohnung aus einsehbar, daher konnten wir das Kind alleine ohne Sorge in die sonst abgeschlossene Anlage rauslassen. Genau, was wir wollten, also sehr gut beraten. Danke dafür! Trotzdem werden wir nächstes Mal eine andere Wohnung nehmen. Wir hatten Zugang zu mehreren Wohnungen, unsere war eindeutig die dunkelste. Es war deprimierend an Regentagen das Licht anlassen zu müssen, keine Sicht auf die Berge zu haben, wegen des Vordachs. Im Sommer bestimmt super & kühl. Im Frühling zu dunkel! Wir kommen sicher wieder, Colico & der See waren einfach schön!

der Urlaub war wirklich super. Die Wohnung hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage und Ausstattung und natürlich auch der Pool waren top und der Vermieter sehr nett.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub am Comer See. Es war unser erster, aber bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort. Das Wetter hätte kaum besser sein können. Unser Domizil ROSE GIALLA war/ist wirklich toll. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Außenanlage ist toll, der Pool sehr schön. Unsere Kinder waren gar nicht mehr aus dem Wasser zu kriegen. Der See, das Haus, der Vermieter, die Orte, die Berge, Mailand, das Gelato, einfach alles sehr gut. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen und erlebnisreichen Urlaub.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wohnung. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch die Ausstattung war zufriedenstellend. Der Ort Colico an sich hat mir nicht ganz so gefallen wie andere Orte am Comer See, die ich schon vorher kannte.
