With large triple room and light-flooded living area with a sofa.
The lake and mountain view from the living room and roof terrace, connected by a large arched window, is particularly beautiful and emphasises the Mediterranean ambience.
The entrance to the holiday flat is via an external staircase from the mountain side and leads into the large living area with modern well-equipped kitchen, dining table and couch area.
The large French doors provide access to the large furnished roof terrace.
On the uphill side is the large, bright triple bedroom.
Next to it is the large bathroom with shower.
Children from 3 to 9 years are not allowed.
E-car charging allowed at the domicile. Charging station for e-cars. Surcharge €0.50/kWh, payable on site.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
