Via the garden entrance with gate from the lake side, the garden-side house entrance leads into the holiday flat via the internal staircase:
the hallway leads to all rooms: the bright large and modern kitchen-living room to the lake side with a wonderful lake view, the separate living area to the garden side - ideal also as a 3rd bedroom,
large double room with two beds together or separately and the twin room with balcony to the garden side.
Large bathroom with shower, WC and bidet with balcony and lake view.
When renting both flats, there is a connecting door from the staircase to the hallway of the ground floor flat, which can be opened.
Other beaches in Piona Bay approx. 4 km away.
The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and play.
The landlady Silvia is accommodating and lives in the village. She has a boat and bike rental service with benefits for you.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
