Description

The country holiday home Carlo is about 80 metres above Colico, on the slope of the local mountain Monte Legnone and is surrounded by lots of nature. The house has a large garden with many palm trees, which also includes a playground with table tennis, sandpit, children's pool, swing, slide and a garden shower. Not far away there are a few small farms, a horse paddock and other residential houses.
Due to the hillside location, you have an impressive view of the Alpine world: of Lake Como and Lago di Mezzola, of the mountain scenery with its Alpine massif, various parts of the village and the Fuentes shopping/commercial centre with helicopter pad. And with a view of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna, which can also be reached by bike in a few minutes. The double-lane bypass road is about 250 m below.
Carlo A has a beautiful small garden on the lake side with a partially covered terrace.

Total area approx. 72 m² - inside approx. 60 m² - outside approx. 12 m² - garden approx. 40 m² - community garden approx. 800 m².

The Carlo holiday home is furnished in Lombardy, high-quality carpentry. Warm cotto tiles and parquet flooring in the sleeping area create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. 

Through the small front garden with partially covered natural stone terrace you enter the living area with dining table group and double sofa bed, then on into the well-equipped kitchen.

The hallway leads into the double bedroom and bathroom as well as to the mountain side into a food cellar (also space for bikes etc.).The bright, spacious bathroom is with shower.

The children's pool is 3.80 m x 1.50 m, 40 cm deep.
Numerous bathing possibilities with partly sandy beaches are to the north as well as to the south at Piona Bay,
unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surfing and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, wakeboard facility and electric motor boats are in and around Colico.

For those who want to save money: organise your own arrival - check in, make your own beds and save money, despite the high quality of the accommodation.
The large garden offers plenty of space for young and old to play and relax.
Great starting point for leisure activities, flat beaches for swimming, surfing/kiting, biking/mountain hiking or having fun in the nearby wakeboard facility.
The friendly landlord Carluccio speaks several foreign languages and is your ideal contact person on site.
A cosy holiday home, especially in the early and late season, as it is well insulated.

The vehicles are parked in their own parking spaces, and there is an additional garage by arrangement.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over
- Heating according to consumption

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war recht großzügig. Im Stand war alles ausreichend wenn etwas gefehlt hat, oder es ein Problem gab, konnte man den Gastgeber darum bitten. Kein Luxus Urlaub, eher robust. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Tolles großzügiges Grundstück für Kinder mit dabei. Wir würden wiederkommen

Dieser stand uns auch unter der Woche für Fragen gern mal zur Verfügung, er hat uns tolle Tipps und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Bei dieser Wohnung kann noch in Ihren Unterlagen mit aufgenommen werden, dass eine Waschmaschine vor Ort steht. Eventuelle Verbesserung wäre eine Toaster, aber dies ist wirklich nur am Rande erwähnenswert. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal für die Mühe, die Sie sich gegeben haben, um für uns so kurzfristig eine geeignete Unterkunft zu finden.
