The Sunrise Lodge is part of a group of modern, individual natural stone houses that blend authentically and picturesquely into the mountain village of Tre Terre above Pianello del Lario. This hamlet consists of several nested houses, affectionately known as rustici, which have been modernised and restored.

Steps lead down from the car park to the rustico flat. On the lake side is a panoramic balcony with dining table, and below the balcony is an open terrace area belonging to the flat. Deckchairs are available in the flat. A path next to it leads to other houses in the neighbourhood.

The entrance to the flat is via a side access terrace directly into the living area.

On the opposite side of the street, steps lead up to the communal pool, which is equipped with outdoor showers, a communal garden and a pool house. The pool house has a shower, washbasin and WC. There are also sun loungers available for relaxing.

Sunrise Lodge is a modern and lovingly restored rustico loft for up to four people. The side entrance leads directly into the large living area, which is equipped with a modern kitchenette, a dining table and a cosy sofa area. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for two people.

There is a lovely balcony at the front facing the lake, which offers an impressive panorama of the lake and mountains.

A staircase connects the living area with the bedroom, which has a cosy double bed and a large window front with a view of the lake. If required, the bedroom can be separated from the living area with an opaque curtain.

The bathroom is located on the mountain side and is equipped with a washbasin, WC, bidet, shower and washing machine.

The flat impresses with large panoramic windows overlooking the lake, high-quality stone floors and cosy ceilings with wooden beams, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

There is a communal pool above the property, which offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The pool is located opposite the rustici and can be reached by crossing the road. A gate and steps lead up to the pool.

Almost like an infinity pool, it offers a fantastic view and measures 12 x 5 metres. The pool is open from 1 June to 30 September, depending on the weather.

There is a communal garden by the pool with sun loungers for relaxing. There is also a pool house equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long coastal paths for walking, jogging and cycling. Pianello has a surf and kite school and is a great spot for water sports. There are several good restaurants and a beach bar with a café and restaurant right by the lake.
The group of houses is situated on the hillside above Pianello and offers a dream location with wonderful views and modern Italian rustico flair. Due to the hillside location, there are many steps throughout the property. The pool is located above, on the opposite side of the road, and is accessible via a road.

Please note that the flat is only partially suitable for people with limited mobility due to the numerous stairs. Children require increased supervision due to the special location and the many stairs.
There is a car park above with a private parking space for your vehicle. Steps lead down from the car park to the house. Further parking spaces on the street.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
