The light-flooded top-floor holiday flat is located in a charming three-family house. The flat is well insulated and offers a marvellous lake view. The balcony facing the lake invites you to relax and offers a direct view of the lake and the mountains.

The large communal garden is little used by the other residents and you can mostly enjoy your peace and quiet.

The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, as it is at the end of a residential path by the river and is also within walking distance of cafés, restaurants and the beach.

A special highlight is the bike depot with bicycles for guests, ideal for exploring nature and the lake. The flat offers a good starting point for exploring the town without a car. Cafés, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. The nearby lakeside road takes you quickly to popular excursion destinations such as Menaggio.

The entrance to the flat leads into the open-plan living area with exposed roof beams and a light-flooded, friendly atmosphere.

The separate kitchen on the lake side invites you to cook and enjoy, and the dining area offers a marvellous view of the lake. The balcony with dining table towers picturesquely over the surroundings with a marvellous view of the lake.

A corridor leads you to the bedrooms and the bathroom. The double bedroom on the lake side has a view of the lake. The bathroom has a shower, large corner bath, washbasin and WC/bidet. A single room and a triple room with bunk beds and a single bed offer flexible sleeping options for different needs.

The light-coloured furnishings create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings consist mainly of wooden furniture.

The holiday flat is in a relaxing location just a few metres from the lake and town and in the countryside next to the river with steps to the river. Opposite the petrol station, a residential road leads directly to the beach. The location is ideal for leaving the car behind and doing lots of walking or cycling. Dongo has beautiful, shallow beaches with sand in places, lots of greenery, ideal for children too.
The music-loving landlord has given the property a music theme, which is reflected in the decoration and pictures. Decorative musical instruments can be found everywhere and there is an extensive collection of records and record players. If you are a music lover yourself, you are welcome to explore the record collection and use the record players. The love of music runs through the entire ambience and you can look forward to a unique and creative environment that will make your stay something special.
The house is located at the end of a residential road with parking facilities close to the property.

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
