Access to the house is at ground level via the terrace and leads directly into the spacious, open-plan living area. On the lake-facing side, a cosy sofa with a TV invites you to relax, whilst the modern kitchen with an adjoining dining table is located next to it. A floor-to-ceiling window offers views of the lake, the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside. A modern steel staircase leads from the living area up to the loft on the upper floor, which features a double bed and a bathroom.
From the living room, a small hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. On the mountain-facing side is a comfortable double bedroom. Straight ahead is a cosy triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed – ideal for children or a small family. On the lake side is the beautiful bathroom with a view of Lake Mera, equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
In the attic, the double bedroom awaits you, designed in an open-plan loft style and connected directly to the living area via the staircase. It therefore has no door and is open to the living area below. The open-plan layout gives the house a spacious and airy feel. The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A washing machine is also available here.
