On the ground floor on the mountain side, there is a double bedroom with access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
A staircase leads to the upper floor. On the lake side is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet. Also on this side is another bedroom with a double bed. Both rooms have access to a spacious balcony with comfortable lounge chairs.
On the mountain side is a twin bedroom with two single beds, as well as another bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
The villa’s furnishings are new, bright, and modern. The open, spacious floor plan and the light-colored stone flooring give the rooms a particularly pleasant and stylish atmosphere.
The lake and beaches are about a 5-minute drive away and are also easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Colico, located at the northern end of Lake Como, offers a variety of swimming options for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers alike. North and south of Piona Bay, numerous swimming spots—some with sandy beaches—invite you to sunbathe and swim.
