Directly on the shore is a garden with sunbathing lawn, ideal for outdoor games and activities and a bench to sit on right by the water. Canoes and SUP boards can be stored here and you can go directly onto the water. Swimming is not recommended here due to the river current.
In the neighbourhood you will find idyllic country houses, a primary school, extensive meadows and smallholdings that underline the rural flair of this region.

Access to the flat is via the staircase with around 20 steps. The spacious living area has a dining table and a sofa area. From here you can access the spacious roof terrace, which offers a marvellous view. The eat-in kitchen is located to the side and is designed in an L-shape, also with access to the roof terrace.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the garden side. There is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, both of which are comfortably furnished. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower, WC and bidet.
Your holiday flat is located on the access road to the headland with a small campsite and holiday homes on the tip of the headland. If you bring your own canoes and small boats, they can be launched and deposited on the riverbank by prior arrangement.
The landlords are reserved and pleasant, and the bikes in this location are a hit. The attic is unoccupied.
