The Adriano holiday home, renovated in 2025, has 5 holiday apartments and is located in Colico in the Piona bay on a gentle slope in the north of Lake Como.
The Adriano Ariston holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and has two small balconies with stunning mountain views of Monte Legnone and the surrounding neighborhood.

The location is ideal for long days at the beach and excursions into nature or around the lake. The beach at Piona Bay is 500 meters away, and the typical Italian neighborhood has two restaurants, a charming Italian bar frequented by locals, and an alimentari grocery store with basic groceries, fresh bread, pastries, and coffee, ideal in the morning. The Colico pier is about a 30-minute walk away for those who enjoy walking, and bike tours or hikes up towards Monte Legnone can be started from the residence.
The apartments are spread over a total of three floors.

There is a small communal garden with deck chairs and garden furniture.

The Rivale holiday flat is located on the first floor of the newly renovated Adriano holiday home, in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
The owners have a nautical past, which is reflected in the holiday flats through accessories and pictures.
The communal staircase leads to the open-plan, light-flooded living area with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed.
The adjoining balcony offers space for a table and two chairs, from which you can enjoy the marvellous view of the mountains.
Whether you want to read a book in peace or round off the evening with a glass of wine, you can unwind here.
A corridor leads from the open-plan living area into the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, as well as a window. Light colours and the wood-effect flooring create a cosy atmosphere. A tall radiator matches the look of the bathroom fittings and also provides warm towels in the cooler months of the year.
The spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables is located at the end of the hallway, which is so generously proportioned that guests also have a washing machine at their disposal.

Colico at the northern end of Lake Como offers a wide range of bathing opportunities for those seeking relaxation and active holidaymakers. To the north and south of the Bay of Piona, there are numerous bathing spots with partly sandy beaches for sunbathing and swimming. The natural shore areas around the Adda estuary are particularly popular, with unspoilt beaches and a peaceful atmosphere.
In addition to relaxing days spent swimming, Colico offers a wide range of water sports. There are surf and kite schools, canoe and stand-up paddle hire, electric motorboats and bike hire for tours along the lake or into Valtellina.
Colico is therefore ideal for an active and relaxing holiday on the water - with a perfect mix of nature, sport and relaxation.

The five Adriano holiday flats are situated in a wonderfully quiet and typically Italian location in the north of Lake Como, above the idyllic bay of Piona in Colico. Nestled in an authentic neighbourhood, guests can enjoy the perfect blend of relaxed lakeside atmosphere and everyday Italian flair. Just around the corner, there is a popular pizzeria, a cosy bar and a small alimentari - a charming grocery shop that sells fresh produce and everyday necessities.

The surrounding area is ideal for active holidaymakers: there is plenty of space and secure storage facilities for bikes, SUPs and other sports equipment. Whether hiking in the nearby mountains, cycling tours along the lakeshore or water sports - Colico offers numerous opportunities for exercise and relaxation in nature.

The inviting beach of Piona Bay is just 600 metres away on foot. This is a wonderful place to swim, relax or enjoy the view of the water - a real highlight, especially at sunset.

The Adriano holiday flats combine an authentic Italian lifestyle with comfort and an ideal starting point for excursions in the region - be it to Varenna, Bellano or Valtellina. Whether couples, families or active holidaymakers - here everyone will find the perfect base for an unforgettable stay on Lake Como.

There is ample private parking at the house and across the street.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day for guests aged 16 and over
