From both rooms you have a view of the greenery.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped; in addition to the dining table and chairs, there is a dishwasher, stove, hob and fridge. A coffee machine as well as crockery, tea towels, pots and glasses are available.
From the sofa you have a view of the flat screen TV, which also shows German programs.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a hand basin.
There are towels and shower towels available, as well as shampoo and shower gel.
11 km from the flat, you can hire boats from HOME - Boat2Go to explore Lake Como from the water.
A 10-minute drive away is the Jungle Raider Park Canyoning, softair e speleologia a Civenna - Milano, Bergamo e Lecco. There are various climbing parks with different levels of difficulty.
If you don't want to go up high, you can practise archery or take part in canyoning on the River Perlo, follow the cycle paths on a mountain bike or simply hike through the park.
You are welcome to try the authentic local cuisine there.
Pure country life – the rustico is nestled among meadows, fields, cows and horses, just 10 minutes from Bellagio. Enjoy the peace and quiet and nature.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
