The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house, which has two apartments with separate entrances. A hallway leads to all rooms in the apartment.
In the living room, you will find an antique dining table with 4 chairs – ideal for cozy meals, a living area with a sofa, fireplace, TV, and a piano. The new sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for 2 people. Musical guests are welcome to play the piano.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large L-shaped balcony. Enjoy your breakfast with a view of the green hills and the lake.
Two spacious double bedrooms await you. Both face the garden and offer plenty of sunlight through the large windows. The comfortable double beds invite you to enjoy restful nights.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and towel warmer.
From the large balcony on the lake side, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the rooftops of Gravedona and Lake Como. A perfect place to end the day.
The furniture in the apartment is a mix of antique mahogany pieces and modern elements. Wooden parquet flooring has been laid in the bedrooms, while the hallway and living room feature Lombard tiles.
The television only has Italian channels, but there is an HDMI port available for connecting to a laptop.
There is a small lido with a kiosk and toilets at the mouth of the river.
Brenzio is a charming mountain village above Gravedona on Lake Como and offers an ideal setting for sports and wellness activities. The surrounding nature is ideal for various outdoor sports, including hiking and mountain biking. For example, there is a mountain bike route from Gravedona to Bondone, which runs along quiet roads along the sunny slopes and offers magnificent views of northern Lake Como.
In Gravedona, you will find charming shops, good restaurants, the market square, the harbor, and the picturesque old town. There are other residential and vacation homes in the quiet neighborhood. Gravedona has a boat landing. There are various connections to many places along the lake down to Como. (www.faehrencomersee.de)
For vacations with friends and family, the lower Pianoforte Giardino apartment can also be rented.
Charging electric cars at the house is not permitted. The nearest public charging station for electric cars is approx. 500 metres away.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
