Upstairs, a small hallway connects the bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and has access to a small wooden balcony with stunning lake and mountain views. Bedroom 2 is a four-bed room with a double bed and bunk bed as well as a chest of drawers and also has lake and mountain views. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet.
On the top floor, bedroom 4 on the lake side is another double bedroom with a fantastic view of Lake Mezzola and the surrounding countryside. To the side is bedroom 3, a small twin room with bunk beds and a spacious bathroom with brick-built open shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
The original vaulted cellar is accessible via the staircase or the garden and is lit by an atmospheric mix of floor lighting and candles. Equipped with a large log fire and a rustic oak table for 10 people, this is a unique and special place for cosy evenings of celebration.
From your holiday resort of Albonico, you can go on hikes, mountain bike tours and walks.
The villa is also ideal for winter holidays. The Val Malenco, Madesimo and St. Moritz ski resorts are also within easy reach for day trips.
The natural stone villa is also well suited for winter. Underfloor heating and the cosy fireplace in the living room provide comfort and warmth.
The caretaker, Patrizia, lives with her family about 500 metres away on a small farm where they make homemade jams, juices, honey and more.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The manager offers the following products from her small farm:
- Special jams with blueberries and currants - Wild berry jams - Persimmon and apple jams
- Sugar-free compotes with blueberries and apple juice
- Blueberry nectar
- Blueberry nectar or wild berry nectar
- Chestnut honey
- Fresh blueberries, strawberries, etc.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
