A jewel restored in eco-construction and integrated into the beautiful landscape of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve. On the outskirts of Colico, the upper end of the lake. Borgo Erbiola is perched on a rocky elevation amidst green fields, on the edge of vineyards and flowering rocky hills with a fascinating view to the south of the Colico plain and Monte Legnone (2,610 m). Consisting of four natural stone holiday homes terraced on the hillside at different heights, enjoying magnificent views from sunrise to sunset. All gardens, balconies and terraces are individually situated, choose between sun and shade, rock garden, meadow or pool terrace. Sun loungers are available by the pool as well as in your holiday flat. You live a few minutes by bike or on foot from Lake Como and the lakeside town of Colico. The valleys of Valtellina and Valchiavenna are on your doorstep!

Airy ambience and successful mix of rustic and modern.
Light colours and anthracite stone floors offer a fascinating interaction, each flat has its own individual highlight.Modern kitchens.
The bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the flats with attic, the standing height is partly restricted.
Each flat has its own entrance via the garden or terrace.

Flat Viola: Due to the hillside location, this flat has its own garden area and a furnished terrace through which you enter the flat. Bright living area with double sofa bed, dining area and a modern kitchen.

On the same level are the double bedroom, with access to the panoramic balcony, and the modern bathroom. In the attic, the twin bedroom, with cosy, open roof beams (open to the living area via the stairs).

The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous bathing possibilities with long, sandy beaches are approx. 1.2 km away, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surf and kite school with bike rental approx. 1.4 km away.

Borgo Erbiola-Francone is an oasis of nature for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for equestrian enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists and bikers as well as cyclists. It is so close to Lake Como that it is possible to cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.

You reach the property via a country lane alongside a stream. The vehicles are parked in private car parks below.

There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years of age.
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
- Air conditioning according to consumption, only when used 5€ per day

We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage sehr sauber, schönes Mobilar - tolle Lage- nur leider sehr wenig Kochgeschirr - eine Pfanne war nicht vorhanden und beim Herd ging immer nur eine Platte - wir hätten aber sicher fragen können und dann wäre uns geholfen worden- insgesamt alles sehr nett -auch die Mitarbeiter - es war uns nur im Haus etwas zu düster … ich persönlich hätte mich über einen eingezäunten Bereich gefreut - da auf dem Grundstück einige Katzen waren - mit Hund etwas schwierig- das sollte man vorher wissen - Pool ist sauber und gepflegt- einziges Manko waren die Stechmücken- aber da kann keiner was dafür!

Borgo Erbola hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hätten keine Wohnung direkt vorne am Pool haben wollen, da dort keine Ruhe war. Viola war deshalb hervorragend für uns.

Allerdings würden wir uns gern eine Stelle im Aufenthaltsaum mit hellerem Licht wünschen (Viola), an der man auch lesen kann. Auch das Licht über der Kochniesche ist leider viel zu matt.... .... Dann würden wir auch wiederkommen :)

Die Beschreibung moderner Komfort, für Sportler/Ruhesuchende und geschichtsträchtiges Landgut passen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vermittlung und Betreuung vor Ort durch Vermieter war super persönlich und perfekt organisiert! Für unsere Tochter war allerdings die Schräge im DG-Zimmer zu extrem, weil viel zu niedrig...
