The Ulivo holiday home is located in the small mountain village of Cremia-Colcenoin a sunny, gentle slope above San Vito on the western shore of the lake. A corner holiday home with a completely fenced garden with plenty of space. Beautiful fountain to the lake side. To the lake side the wide balcony with dining table set 6 persons; to the garden side the large terrace with view protection by plants. Rural neighbourhood with Lombardy stone and residential houses and villas with lots of nature, also for walking. Let yourself be enchanted by the Lombardy originality with fascinating views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

A house above is being renovated privately at irregular intervals. Noisy work may take place from time to time. The work should be completed by June 2025.

In approx. 5-10 minutes on foot, a path leads down stairs or approx. 15 minutes by road to the lake with shallow and beautiful beaches.
A solid holiday destination for those who like to live close to the beach and in nature. The landlord family with contact person Emilia live in the same village, are obliging and interested in the well-being of their guests.
The location and quality of the holiday home make you feel good all year round.
You park on the property in front of the house.
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
Please pay the following costs on site:
- Heating according to consumption only if used 1,50 € per kWh
- Electricity per week 15 €
- Late check-in after 8 pm/30 €
- Tourist tax 1,50 € per person/day from 15 years up to 10 days

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, Lage top, durch einen Treppen-Spazierweg ist der Strand in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wundervolle Aussicht und großzügige Parkmöglichkeit in der dazugehörigen Einfahrt vor dem Haus.

Wir haben uns in dieser komfortablen und großzügigen Wohnung mit Garten und Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten gerne wiederkommen. Der Blick durch das Wohnzimmerfenster und vom Balkon auf den See ist einfach traumhaft. Auch im Garten kann man wunderbar entspannen. Signora Emilia ist sehr freundlich und hat uns mit ihren guten Tipps auf die schönsten Ausflüge aufmerksam gemacht. Recht herzlichen Dank!

Wir waren mit zwei Ehepaaren und einem Hund in diesem Objekt und fanden alles prima. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, im Haus, auf der Terrasse sowie auf dem Balkon. Unser Hund konnte im Garten rumtoben und fühlte sich wie wir pudelwohl. Also alles bestens!!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben sehr schön. die direkte Lage am See ist perfekt für einen Badeurlaub. Der Blick vom Balkon des Hauses ist wunderschön. Zu erwähnen ist auch der Garten der für unseren Hund optimal war, da er komplett eingezäunt ist.

12.5.2018 bis 22.05.2018 Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Umgebung ein Traum und die Vermieter sehr nett. Wer Ruhe in schöner Landschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig ! Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Urlaub mit La Breva war wie immer richtig gut. Das Haus, die Besitzer und vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon einfach nur toll, auch der eingezäunte Garten wo unser Hund sich super wohlgefühlt hat. Das Wetter war leider nicht so, aber dafür kann ja niemand etwas und mit der richtigen Bekleidung und einem nicht wasserscheuen Hund haben wir trotzdem einiges unternehmen können. Deshalb alles gut und immer wieder gerne.
