The beach house is located in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como, directly on the lake shore approx. 30 metres above the lake level, below the local road and offers a unique view of the lake. The beach house is located in Pianello del Lario on the western shore of Lake Como, directly on the lake shore approx. 30 metres above the lake level, below the local road and offers a unique view of the lake. In the neighbourhood there are residential and holiday homes, about 200 m away is the local church and a small campsite.
The holiday home consists of three holiday flats:
- Nido del Cigno holiday flat on the ground floor
- Falco holiday flat on the 1st floor
- Holiday flat Rondine on the 2nd floor

The Nido alla Riva Cigno holiday flat is the smallest gem in the house - ideal for two people, with a cosy bedroom and double bed. The Falco and Rondine flats, each with two bedrooms, offer more space for families or friends.

The flower-filled garden is an oasis by the lake, which you can reach via steps. There are dining table sets and sun loungers in the garden so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full with a view of the lake.
The garden and beach also offer plenty of space for sunbathing, reading, barbecuing or socialising. The beach is gently sloping. A wide gate on the lake side allows water sports equipment to be parked on the property. The house entrance can be reached from the mountain side via a few garden steps. From Pianello you can quickly reach the neighbouring villages to the north and south by car, which offer good shopping facilities, lovely restaurants and typical local trattorias.

With plenty of living space with Italian stone tiles and Lombard good furniture and modern comfort. Light and dark colours blend together to create a harmonious overall picture.

The bright bathroom on the lake side is with shower.

Flat Falco with panoramic balcony facing the lake:
The living area on the lake side has a sofa set and dining table and access to the large furnished balcony.The kitchen is small, bright and with functional equipment.
The double room is on the lake side, the beds in the side twin room can be put together.

Your holiday home is located directly on the lake with beautiful beaches and beach cafés in the surrounding area.
Rental of surfing and water sports equipment is available in the village and in neighbouring villages - all within walking distance of the lake.

The beach house with its dream location offers a panoramic view of Lake Como without any equal, due to its direct proximity to the water.
A footpath runs below the house, starting in Musso and ending in Cremia.
This approx. 3km long path leads past cafes and restaurants and is ideal for anyone who wants to go jogging or just for a walk.
Small sections of beach offer the opportunity to sunbathe or go for a swim.
The ‘Museo della barca Lariana’ museum is a must for all boat enthusiasts.
Here you can see everything your heart desires, from small, simple boats to the typical ‘Lucia’ boats.
In Cremia, on the other hand, the Lumin restaurant and the La Baia restaurant, both in a panoramic location, offer typical Lombard dishes.
If you like cocktails, we recommend sitting down at a table in the small bar ‘Lo Scalo’ and savouring the wide range of cocktails on offer. The bar has a small terrace right by the lake, so a little breeze will keep you cool.

For holidays with friends and family, there are two other holiday flats in the same house, Nido alla Riva Rondine and Cigno.

Due to its nature, the house and garden are not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children.

Your vehicle is parked in a private parking bay above the house.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Heating according to consumption only for use from 1 October to 30 April € 10 per day
- Tourist tax 1€ per person/day in the period from June to September from 14 years of age

Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage. Sie ist groß und geräumig bis auf die Küche und die Dusche die sehr klein sind. Alles in allem würden wir aber gerne wiederkommen

Also the appartement in Pianello was more beautiful than we expected. It took us some time to find it, because in the description you sent us, it says that the house is 60 m after a green sign. In real it was more like 600 m.... Especially the garden to the appartement is very beautiful. Therefore it was a little disappointing that on the second day of our stay there, a man spent a whole day installing a new fence . It ment drilling in stone, sawing in metal and a lot of other loud noises...... The rest of our stay was very tranquil.

es war wieder (fast) alles wunderbar bis auf eine Sache, die wir schon im letzten Jahr nach unserem dortigen Aufenthalt bemängelt hatten: Die Matratzen sind (für uns) viel zu hart und erlauben deshalb keinen guten Schlaf, Das gilt sowohl für das Doppelzimmer als auch für die beiden Einzelbetten im anderen Schlafzimmer/Kinderzimmer.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer guten Ausstattung. Sehr schöner Garten mit Liegestühlen und Grill. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den See und die Berge. Kleiner Ort, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurant. Sehr netter Besitzer, der auch gut Englisch spricht.
