The Ortensia Blu room is located on the upper floor of a well-kept townhouse with four flats, which also houses two other holiday flats. The friendly landlady Stefania also lives in the house and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

The house is located on a side road between Cernobbio and the Swiss border. Here you can enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and culture - nestled between the charming towns of Como and Cernobbio and the picturesque Lake Lugano in neighbouring Switzerland.

You reach the Apartment Blu via the communal staircase. The entrance area leads you into a cosy room that invites you to relax.

The Ortensia Blu room for two people is charming and flooded with light, with stylish stone floors and modern furnishings.

The shared staircase leads to the room with a double bed, wardrobe, a small table with two chairs and a small bar with coffee machine and kettle.
The bathroom can be reached externally via the corridor up 5 steps and is located directly next to it and has a washbasin, shower and WC.

In the south of the lake there are mainly well-maintained lidos and lidos. We recommend the Lido di Cernobbio, a lido with a pool, restaurant and bar.
There are other lidos in the surrounding area, such as the Lido di Cadenabbia and the Lido di Lenno in Tremezzina.

Cernobbio offers numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts. The surrounding mountains invite you to go hiking and mountain biking, while the lake offers ideal conditions for water sports such as sailing and canoeing. There are also several tennis courts and fitness centres in the region.

The room is located in an Italian townhouse near the centre of Cernobbio. The combination of modern design and creative furnishings makes it an ideal retreat for a city break.

The landlady Stefania also lives in the house. She speaks English and Italian and will be happy to help you with restaurant reservations or if you would like to hire bikes or a boat.

Enjoy the proximity to Cernobbio, the prominent suburb of Como, where you will encounter Italian lifestyle and elegance with picturesque alleyways and waterfront promenades, cafés, bars and restaurants and boat trips with Como flair.

There is ample public parking opposite or in the street.

Charging e-cars at the residence is not permitted. The nearest public e-car charging station is approx. 300 metres away.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please pay the following costs on site:
- Heating, only if used 5 € / day
- Tourist tax 2 € per person/day
