The owners have a nautical past, which is reflected in the vacation apartments through accessories and pictures.
The communal staircase leads to the open, light-flooded living area with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed.
The adjoining balcony offers space for a table and two chairs, from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains.
Whether you want to read a book in peace or round off the evening with a glass of wine, this is the perfect place to unwind.
A hallway leads from the open-plan living area into the modern bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, as well as a window. Light colors and the wooden floor create a cozy atmosphere. A tall radiator matches the look of the bathroom and also provides warm towels in the cooler months of the year.
The spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed, closet and bedside tables is located at the end of the hallway, which is so generously proportioned that guests also have a washing machine at their disposal.
In addition to relaxing days of swimming, Colico offers a wide range of water sports. There are surf and kite schools, canoe and stand-up paddle rentals, electric motorboats and bike rentals for tours along the lake or into Valtellina.
Colico is ideal for an active and relaxing vacation on the water - with a perfect mix of nature, sport and relaxation.
The surrounding area is ideal for active vacationers: there is plenty of space and secure storage facilities for bicycles, SUPs and other sports equipment. Whether hiking in the nearby mountains, cycling tours along the lakeshore or water sports - Colico offers numerous opportunities for exercise and relaxation in nature.
The inviting beach of the Bay of Piona is just 600 meters away on foot. This is a wonderful place to swim, relax or enjoy the view of the water - a real highlight, especially at sunset.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
