Description

The "Alpine" holiday flat overlooks the rooftops of Menaggio in the Loveno district above. From there you have a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Como.
The lake is approx. 1000 m away on foot through the alleyways of Menaggio and approx. 1,500 m away by car.
It is located on the upper floor of a two-family house. The friendly, child-friendly and discreet landlord lives on the ground floor and is always away for a few days at a time.

A large gate leads to the paved driveway to your holiday home. There are three houses on the property. The flat is located in the upper house. The driveway leads up to the house. The landlord's garden can be used by arrangement.

The entrance to the holiday flat is at the side of the house, via an outside staircase.

The flat is surrounded on the lake side by a balcony with railings and offers a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and lake in the morning.
On the wide side of the balcony is a round wooden table with chairs, which invites you to enjoy a relaxed coffee in the morning sun
and a lovely lunch or dinner in the open air.
In front of you is the beautiful peninsula with the world-famous town of Bellagio.

From the deckchairs, you can watch the centre of the lake with its ships and boats very well.
Approx. 50 metres above the house is a small public playground, a bowling alley and a restaurant.

The bright and light-flooded flat is cosily furnished in Italian style.
A corridor connects the entrance area with the rooms.

The kitchen and the living and dining room are located on the lake side, each with a marvellous view of the lake.
In the dining area, a large wooden table facing the lake with a corner bench and chairs at the side offers plenty of space for guests.
The open-plan living room with its cosy sofa, open fireplace, two armchairs and TV is the perfect place to relax.
Use of the fireplace on request,
The traditional kitchen is well and functionally equipped. In addition to a fridge, gas hob and oven, there is also a microwave.
From both the kitchen and the living room, you have access to the large balcony on the lake side with access to the garden.

The bedroom with double bed and the modern bathroom are on the mountain side.
Single room on request

The bathroom is bright and modern. The large shower has a small seat, washbasin, WC and bidet.

There are several shallow pebble beaches in Menaggio:
- Lido di Menaggio: public lido with a pebble beach with sun loungers and parasols for hire as well as changing rooms and toilets.
With a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal or a snack.
- Spiaggia Lerai: just outside the town centre. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the lake.
- La Punta: small beach near the Menaggio ferry landing stage. The beach consists of pebbles and rocks and offers a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains

In Menaggio you will also find spa and wellness offers at the ‘Erre SPA’ of the Grand Hotel Victoria and massage offers at ‘Beautyn Menaggio’.

Due to its proximity to the ‘Menaggio Cadenabbia’ golf course, it is ideal for golfers (beginners as well as advanced players).

The flat is bright and spacious and has a beautiful balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view - from Menaggio over the lake and the mountains to Bellagio.
It is in a relaxing and idyllic location, just a few minutes from the town centre.
Particularly family-friendly: the landlord's garden can also be used and there is a children's playground directly behind the house - ideal for holidays with small children.

The flat is located in a residential area above Menaggio.
You can reach the town centre by car in approx. 5 minutes - also easy to reach on foot via small paths or by bike.
There are public car parks opposite and above with plenty of parking spaces. You can drive right up to the front of the house for loading and unloading.

Charging electric cars at the property is not permitted. The nearest public electric car charging station is approximately 2 km away.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Viel Platz zum Wohnen, piccobello sauber, Gio ist ein sympathischer Vermieter und sehr diskret. die Sonnenterrasse eine herrliche Oase mit tollem Blick auf den See und die Landzunge von Bellagio. Fantastische Bergwanderwege ringsum vom Haus aus. Kommen gerne wieder.
