The Rustico casa Giuly is located just 8 km from the Bellagio jetty, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery.
The detached two-family house offers a covered terrace with its own garden, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning and start the day, as well as a covered balcony adjoining the eat-in kitchen, which is opposite the terrace, so that you can enjoy an aperitivo at sunset in the afternoon or early evening.

The terrace leads to the open, cozy kitchen-living room with a balcony on the opposite side and a pellet stove, which warms the small house in a few minutes, making it attractive even in the cooler seasons.
A small, narrow staircase leads up to the second floor, where you will find the bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as the shower room.
From both rooms you have a view of the greenery.

The open-plan kitchen is well equipped; in addition to the dining table and chairs, there is a dishwasher, stove, hob and fridge. A coffee machine as well as crockery, tea towels, pots and glasses are available.
From the sofa you have a view of the flat screen TV, which also shows German programs.

The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a hand basin.
There are towels and shower towels available, as well as shampoo and shower gel.

The Onno beach is 14 kilometres from Casa Giuly. This is a stone beach (bathing shoes are recommended) that leads gently into Lake Como before plunging into the depths.

11 km from the flat, you can hire boats from HOME - Boat2Go to explore Lake Como from the water.

A 10-minute drive away is the Jungle Raider Park Canyoning, softair e speleologia a Civenna - Milano, Bergamo e Lecco. There are various climbing parks with different levels of difficulty.
If you don't want to go up high, you can practise archery or take part in canyoning on the River Perlo, follow the cycle paths on a mountain bike or simply hike through the park.
Martina and her husband live in the second semi-detached house, opposite is the agriturismo with its restaurant, which is only open at weekends and serves local specialities.
You are cordially invited to sample the authentic local cuisine there.
Pure country life - the rustico is nestled between meadows, fields, cows and horses and is only 10 minutes away from Bellagio - enjoy the peace and nature.
Caution - limited room height on the ground floor.
A covered parking space for your car/mountain bike is available. To load and unload your luggage, you can drive right up to the house.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
