The Fontanedo holiday home has two flats and is situated in an idyllic secluded location, nestled in a large estate with trees, lawns, palm trees and many plants.

Description

The Fontanedo holiday home has two flats and is situated in an idyllic secluded location, nestled in a large estate with trees, lawns, palm trees and many plants.
The upper flat with several outside entrances is your holiday home, the lower flat is only used privately and usually only rarely.

You reach your domicile via a mountain road that leads you to the large gate and gives you access to the estate and car park behind it.

The highlight is the large ingrown garden, richly planted and always a paradise of flowers - plenty of space to play and relax.

The holiday flat on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase; from here you can access the covered, furnished terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the garden with lake views and invites you to relax.
To the side is another terrace with a table, chairs and parasol. Here you can enjoy your meals undisturbed, accompanied only by the twittering of birds.
From the open-plan living room and one of the two bedrooms, you can access a large balcony.

The Fontanedo holiday flat has a cosy, modern and airy atmosphere and an idyllic hillside location with a large garden.
Equipped with a beautiful wooden kitchen, high-quality wicker furniture, a wooden dining table and a comfortable sofa, the open-plan living area has a Mediterranean flair.
This impression is emphasised by the covered balcony in front of the living area, which provides brightness.
A fireplace completes the picture.
To the side of the living area is another terrace with a large dining table, chairs and a parasol. Here you can enjoy your meals undisturbed.

One of the two bedrooms also has an adjoining covered roof terrace, which is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a small table and invites you to spend cosy hours with a glass of wine.
The second spacious bedroom has its own balcony.

The large, bright bathroom offers plenty of space and, like the entire flat, is decorated in warm colours.

Colico at the northern end of Lake Como offers a variety of bathing opportunities for those seeking relaxation and active holidaymakers. To the north and south of the Bay of Piona, there are numerous bathing spots with sandy beaches for sunbathing and swimming. The natural shore areas around the Adda estuary are particularly popular, with unspoilt beaches and a peaceful atmosphere.
In addition to relaxing days spent swimming, Colico offers a wide range of water sports.
There are surf and kite schools, canoe and stand-up paddle hire, electric motorboats and bike hire for tours along the lake or into Valtellina.
Colico is ideal for an active and relaxing holiday on the water - with a perfect mix of nature, sport and relaxation.

The Fontanedo holiday home combines an authentic Italian lifestyle with comfort and an ideal starting point for excursions in the region - be it to Varenna, Bellano or Valtellina. Whether couples, families or active holidaymakers - here everyone will find a fantastic base for an unforgettable stay on Lake Como.
The large, enclosed garden is particularly practical for families with children.

The surroundings are ideal for active holidaymakers: there is plenty of safe space for bikes, SUPs and other sports equipment. Whether hiking in the nearby mountains, cycling along the lakeshore or water sports - Colico offers numerous opportunities for exercise and relaxation in nature.

A walk to the Torre di Fontanedo, a nearby fortress with an impressive panoramic view, is a must.

We recommend a visit to the Robustello restaurant, approx. 200 metres away.
Here you can savour local dishes in a rustic atmosphere, with a large outdoor terrace.
Another highlight in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat is the picnic area with the small river with waterfalls, which provides pleasant freshness in the warm season.

The inviting beach in the bay of Piona is just 2.5 kilometres away. This is a wonderful place to swim, relax or enjoy the view of the water - a real highlight, especially at sunset.

There are plenty of parking spaces on the enclosed property.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Die Verwalterin Magdalena eine Perle, sehr zuvorkommend. Hatten das ganze Haus für uns alleine. super gepflegter Garten, ruhig. wunderschöne Wege in die Berge, Wir sind auch in den Ort an See gelaufen und wieder zurück. Macht Spass bei dem Panoramablick.
