Description

Villa Casa del Sasso is situated in a picturesque location on the western shore of Lake Como in the heart of Cremia. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with modern furnishings and has direct lake access.
Due to the staircase-like structure of the villa, it has 3 levels with private and large sun terraces.
The villa has one double bedroom and two double/twin bedrooms, each with bathroom equipped with shower/tub; as well as a guest toilet on the middle level with living area and the high quality kitchen.
Numerous outdoor areas make the villa a holiday experience. The highlight, the breathtaking roof terrace, the sun deck with loungers and Jacuzzi. The middle living level has partially covered balconies and terraces on both sides as well as a beautiful barbecue area.
The pool level faces south, with access via steps and gate to the lake.
The lakeside path below is ideal for recreation: in both directions are lakeside restaurants, occasional sports providers and recreational play/sports fields. Only about 50 m away is a jetty, which can be used for boarding and short-term mooring.
Boat rental, also taxi boats in the vicinity. About 100 m away is the Hotel Lumin with boat mooring service on request and the port of Cremia.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and modern with a sense for beautiful living details.
Very high quality living combined with magnificent lake views from all areas.

Via the parking deck you reach the middle living level with a large open hallway via an external granite staircase:
On the lake side is the panoramic living area with open, high-quality kitchen. In the living area is a double sofa bed (160 x 200). Guest bathroom with WC.
Surrounding the balcony with partially covered dining and sunbathing area on both sides of the lake.

Through the hallway you reach the upper sleeping area with large suite and the roof terrace with sun deck and whirlpool. The suite is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 m) and 2 seater sofa bed, walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, bathroom with shower and toilet. The hallway as well as the external staircase lead to the ground floor with two double and twin bedrooms respectively. Each double room has two single beds, which can optionally be put together as a double bed. Each with bathroom, 1 x panoramic comfort bath, double shower and 1 x shower, wrap-around terrace with access to the bedrooms.

External staircase leads down to private pool and terrace as well as private lake access.
Heated outdoor Jacuzzi with various selectable massage jets.

The villa is a highlight on Lake Como. The fascinating architecture, the spaciousness of the rooms and the excellent location.
The direct location on the lake, the open pool and the steps require increased attention for small children and people with walking difficulties.

Parking deck with private parking spaces, further public ones above the villa.
A private driveway with automatic gate provides access to the villa downstream.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
