The holiday villa "Mimosa" with two holiday flats is situated in a paradisiacal hillside location embedded in the hilly landscape only 250 m from the lake and has a fascinating view far to the south of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by lots of nature and beautiful villas and residential houses. The garden on the lake side is ideal for sunbathing. A highlight is the rock garden around the house, which is overgrown with palm trees and other southern plants. Facing the garden with pool and barbecue, there is a cosy fireplace room with rustic seating area with room for everyone, with board and card games, ideal for private family celebrations by arrangement. Near the barbecue is a garden seating area.  Your holiday resort Olgiasca is located on a headland, which is one of the top holiday locations on Lake Como. North of Olgiasca, about 5 minutes away by car, is Colico with good shopping facilities and a beautiful lakeside promenade as well as Lombard restaurants. From the pier you can reach all the attractive towns around the lake. A regional train takes you from the small local station in Colico to the fashion metropolis of Milan without changing trains.

Light and dark colours blend together to create a harmonious overall picture. Large, furnished balcony. Large windows to the balconies let in a lot of light. Tiled floors in wood look in the living area and parquet in the sleeping areas round off the modern ambience.
 
A natural stone staircase leads from the parking spaces through the garden to the entrance of the house.
A small hallway leads into the large living area with open kitchen and access to the large balcony with panoramic lake view.
1 double room on the lake side with access to the balcony, bathroom. 2 double bedrooms to the garden side with bathroom.

On the ground floor is a large fireplace room with dining table and games for common use of both flats.

The pool opens in spring on request, depending on the weather.
A beautiful beach with fine white pebbles can be reached in just a few minutes.

Your contact person on site, Sig. Germano, speaks German and is an experienced cook and wine connoisseur. When renting both holiday flats together, tables for eating together in the garden, hobby room and flat are organised as required.
Both flats are also recommended in winter due to their sunny location.

There are four parking spaces for your vehicles on the property, lockable if desired. Boats/trailers can be parked - please book in advance.
Several steps lead to the entrance of the villa.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years of age.
- Heating according to consumption, only when used

Mimosa I ist eine sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung in dem strategisch günstig gelegenen Ort Olgiasca, in der es grds. an nichts fehlt. 3 Schlafzimmer mit französischen Betten und großen, modernen Schränken, 2 Bäder, sowie ein großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich sorgen dafür, dass man sich dort sehr wohl fühlen kann. Der überdachte Balkon ermöglicht einen tollen Seeblick und macht das Essen oder auch nur ein Glas Wein zu einem Erlebnis. Der Pool war noch in Betrieb, allerdings war das Wasser Ende September ziemlich frisch. Direkt am Haus führt ein Weg hoch in den Ort, wo man sich in einem kleinen Alimentari (ital. Tante-Emma-Laden) mit dem Nötigsten eindecken kann (auch Brötchen/Brot, sofern nicht schon ausverkauft). Muss man erlebt haben, Gehzeit ca. 10 Minuten ! Das in Colico wohnende Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen usw. zur Verfügung. Die Übernahme der Wohnung am 1. Tag klappte problemlos. Leider war die 2. Hälfte unseres Urlaubs kühl und verregnet, was Ende September passieren kann. Insgesamt hatten wir dort eine gute Zeit und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Wir waren im ganzen Haus und waren rundum zufrieden, ideal für zwei Familien oder kleine Reisegruppen. Objekt war tipptopp.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Mimosa I hat uns sehr gut gefallen, fiel leider nur zu kurz aus. Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir keine, alles war perfekt orgsnisiert und durchdacht.

Wir haben die Tage im Casa Mimosa sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt! Das Haus, seine Ausstattung, die Lage und die Betreuung vom Verwalter. Sie hatten noch gefragt, ob wir noch Anregungen haben. Wenn überhaupt, dann nur Kleinigkeiten: Im Bad noch ein paar mehr Haken für Handtücher, evtl. auch einen Hocker für ältere Menschen. Ebenso im Schlafzimmer als Kleiderablage Aber wie gesagt, das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.
