Tiled floors in wood look in the living area and parquet flooring in the sleeping areas round off the modern ambience.
A natural stone staircase leads from the parking spaces through the garden to the entrance of the house.
A small hallway leads into the large living area with open kitchen, window fireplace and access to the large balcony with panoramic lake view.
1 double bedroom to the lake side with access to the balcony, bathroom 2 double bedrooms to the garden side with bathroom.
On the ground floor is a large fireplace room with dining table and games for shared use of both flats.
A beautiful beach with fine white pebbles can be reached in just a few minutes.
Steps lead up to the entrance of the villa.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
