The outside staircase and the private entrance lead into the spacious modern
living area with kitchen/living room on the side.
The living area is separate from the kitchen-living room and has, among other things, a double sofa bed: with a wonderful lake view and a large balcony on the lake side.
On the garden side is the double bedroom with access to the balcony with a magnificent view of Monte Legnone and the bathroom with shower.
Surf and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, as well as electric motor boats are in and around Colico.
The landlord Leonardo is a courteous and discreet landlord who is appreciated by many guests.
The quality of the furnishings and care is exemplary. The panoramic holiday flat is recommended all year round.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
