The floors are made of high-quality Lombard tiles.
The entrance is on the mountain side.
The light-flooded living and dining area has a covered natural stone terrace, a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90m) and a glass façade facing the lake.
The open-plan kitchen/living room is well equipped.
On the mountain side is the double bedroom (bed 1.60 x 1.90 m) and the bathroom with bathtub.
The flat has a fenced garden on the lake side.
The pool can be accessed via the building entrance.
Dervio, with its beautiful headland, magnificent beaches, sailing harbour at the tip and promenade, is approximately 6 km away.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
