Via the garden path you reach the almost square natural stone terrace with sun awning, the house entrance leads you into the living room and bedroom.
The sleeping area is on the lake side with a double bed and wardrobe.
On the garden side is the dining area with kitchen on the side. The bathroom has a shower.
pristine beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary.
Surf and kite school, canoe rental, stand-up paddle, bicycle rental, as well as electric motor boats are in and around Colico.
The Rustico holiday cottage is recommended from spring to autumn.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
