A small table with two chairs welcomes you at the glass entrance door on the south side. You enter directly into the spacious living and dining area, with a modern, bright kitchen, large dining table, cozy pellet stove, and living area with couch and TV. For a “quick coffee,” there is a counter with two bar stools.
The living area is bright and flooded with light, with a kitchen in mint condition.
From the living area, you have direct access to one of the bathrooms with a large round glass shower with massage jets, washbasin, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
A sliding door leads to a small hallway, from where you can access the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious and modern. With large wardrobes.
The apartment has a cozy pellet stove and central heating in all rooms as well as light laminate flooring. It is bright, spacious, and flooded with light, with a mix of modern and antique high-quality furniture. Pianoforte Giardino impresses with its all-round quality.
There is a small lido with a kiosk and toilets at the mouth of the river.
Brenzio is a charming mountain village above Gravedona on Lake Como and offers an ideal setting for sports and wellness activities. The surrounding nature is ideal for various outdoor sports, including hiking and mountain biking. For example, there is a mountain bike route from Gravedona to Bondone, which runs on quiet roads along the sunny slopes and offers magnificent views of northern Lake Como.
There is a garage with space for bikes, surfboards and sports equipment.
In Gravedona, you will find charming shops, good restaurants, the market square, the harbor, and the picturesque old town. There are other residential and vacation homes in the quiet neighborhood. Gravedona has a boat landing stage. There are various connections to many places along the lake down to Como. (www.faehrencomersee.de)
For vacations with friends and family, the upper apartment Pianoforte Panorama can also be rented.
The friendly landlords Rosanna and Gabriele live nearby and are always available to answer any questions or requests.
Charging e-cars at the domicile is not permitted. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 500 m away.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
