Villa Rivetta has four living and sleeping levels.
On the different levels, you have a wonderful view through many, large windows on the lake side and daylight floods the rooms unhindered.
With stylish natural wood and partly antique furniture and is with nautical accessories. The floors are made of wood and Lombardy cotto.
Due to the hillside location, the entrance is on the first floor:
On the top floor there is a large sleeping area: quadruple room with double bed, a sleeping gallery with two single beds and a bathroom with shower (bathroom 1).
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath (bathroom 2), the large living room with panoramic windows and doors to the lake side with balcony, and side access to two terraces with deck chairs and table.
A bathroom belongs to the living area, from the living area granite steps lead down to the cooking level on the first floor with comfortable eat-in kitchen with integrated dining area and access to one of the terraces.
Additional flat Rivettina with small kitchen-living room and a double bedroom and double sofa bed (1.40 m wide). is on the ground floor is accessible from the outside, as well as bathroom with bath/shower enclosure.
The sauna with washroom is on the ground floor.
Rezzonico is a window to days gone by, the romantic alleys, the historic buildings and the original way of life of the local inhabitants will take you back to a time when the clocks ran slower and people took their time for what they liked to do.
Let the wonderful view of the lake intoxicate you and enjoy a wonderful time full of relaxation and harmony. Even in winter you can use the lake as a natural dip after a sauna session, a tingling experience. Villa Rivetta is recommended every year.
Due to the location on the lake and the many steps, the villa may be less suitable for small children and people with walking difficulties, or may require increased supervision.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
