On the ground floor you will find the living level facing the lake with a large sofa area, children's playroom and reading room, guest WCs; the professional kitchen is also suitable for parties on a larger scale.
Upstairs you will find all bedrooms; children's beds and extra beds are possible everywhere.
The bathrooms are equipped with luxurious care products by Hermes and Eau dŽOrange Verte. All rooms are "allergy-friendly", a system of natural and environmentally friendly prophylaxis against micro-organisms and allergens in the air, in the bed, on textiles and on all surfaces. Air conditioning is in all rooms.
Daily cleaning service is included in the room rental, as well as change of towels.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
- On arrival on Saturday evening Welcome Dinner: Lasagne Bolognese, mixed salads, Caprese, melon with Parma ham, dessert, bread and fresh fruit
