You enter the villa uphill on the ground floor via a spacious bright hallway which leads to the basement and upstairs and into the living area via a staircase.
The ground floor of the villa on the lake side consists of a large and bright living room overlooking the lake with two couch areas, equipped with TV and multi-media system, a wall bookcase and a cosy fireplace. Adjacent is the spacious dining area and the modern eat-in kitchen with large kitchen island with two ovens, large fridge freezer and two dishwashers. On the same floor are two double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, which is also accessible for people with walking disabilities, and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs there is a living area and a further five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and independent air conditioning. Three bedrooms have their own large terrace, two of which have a lake view. Each room differs with attention to detail in colour mood and exclusive furnishings.
In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and large sink.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
- On arrival on Saturday evening Welcome Dinner: Lasagne Bolognese, mixed salads, Caprese, melon with Parma ham, dessert, bread and fresh fruit
- Welcome drinks package in the fridge, consisting of: 1 liter of milk, 2 bottles of sparkling water and 2 bottles of still water, 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of juice, 1/2 bottle of Prosecco.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
