Airy ambience and a successful mix of rustic and modern conjure up a feel-good atmosphere. Light colours and anthracite stone floors offer a fascinating interaction, while each flat has its own individual highlight. All are equipped with modern kitchens and separate entrances. Bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. In the holiday flats with attic, the standing height is partly restricted.

Cute maisonette holiday flat on two levels:
Entrance via access terrace, with a furnished garden terrace integrated into the rock.
Open living area with double sofa bed and kitchen with dining area and bathroom.

The triple bedroom in the open attic is accessible via the stairs.

The pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October (weather permitting). Other times on request. Numerous bathing possibilities with long, sandy beaches are approx. 1.2 km away, unspoilt beaches on both sides of the Adda estuary, or a surf and kite school with bike rental approx. 1.4 km away.

Borgo Erbiola-Francone is an oasis of nature for those seeking relaxation and a paradise for equestrian enthusiasts, hikers, canoeists and bikers as well as cyclists. It is so close to Lake Como that it is possible to cycle or walk to the beach and to lively Colico with its many possibilities without any incline.

You reach the property via a country lane alongside a stream. The vehicles are parked in private car parks below.

There is a free charging station for electric vehicles.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Visitor's tax 1€ per person/day from 16 years of age.
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
- Air conditioning according to consumption, only when used 5€ per day

Unser Urlaub am Comer See war rundum sehr zufriedenstellend und der Aufenthalt im Borgo Erbiola hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dieses Domizil ist für Gäste die Entspannung suchen wirklich wärmstens zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen die Leistungen waren auch alle sehr zufriedenstellend.

Es hat uns in Borgo Erbiola ausnehmend gut gefallen. Das architektonische Ambiente der Steinhäuser samt seiner gediegenen Ausstattung, die landwirtschaftlich geprägte Umgebung mit vielen Tieren und das Berg- wie Seepanorama waren wunderbar. Besonders zu erwähnen sei die freundliche und zuvorkommende Umsorge Ihres Verwalters Paolo, durch den unserer Aufenthalt sehr bereichert und sehr komfortabel gestaltet wurde. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne bald wieder.
