Mediterranean elements such as the light tiled floor, antique solid wood furniture, carpentry and modern furniture have been combined to create a solid and comfortable ensemble.
The entrance to the holiday home is via a few steps or coming from the garage via the staircase.
On the ground floor mezzanine, the hallway leads into the well-equipped kitchen-dining room, with access to the living room, with seating area, fireplace and access to the L-shaped long balcony facing the lake, stairs lead to the garden.
Sleeping area: 3 double bedrooms garden side, two with access to the balcony, modern bathroom with shower. second bathroom with shower is on the garden level.
Upper floor: one double bedroom with bathroom and shower, living room and sea-facing balcony. Sleeping mattress as extra bed possible.
A public pool on the lake is in the neighbouring village of Gera-Lario.
The Lido pool is open from early June to mid-September (weather permitting).
Ideal also for two families, each enjoying their own floor with separate living room and space to sit together, both in the house and in the garden.
Children and adults will enjoy a selection of board games.
The landlords use the holiday home themselves for their holidays, and the quality of all the fixtures and fittings is high.
Charging e-cars at the domicile is not permitted. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 450m away.

For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

² Some municipalities charge a tourist tax based on the number of overnight stays, usually 1 euro per adult or young person, for a maximum of 10 overnight stays. If we are aware that tourist tax will be charged, we will inform you. The tourist tax must then be paid on site to the manager.
A promotion cannot be combined with other price advantages/vouchers and cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
