The living-dining areas have a cosy dining table and couch area, the comfortable fitted kitchens are equipped with good cooking and tableware. Modern and friendly designed bathrooms with bathtub/shower, washbasin as well as WC and bidet.

Flat "Spring" with 2 bedrooms (2nd living level) Terrace and garden: Through the private garden you enter the bright living area with kitchen on the side via a wide, covered terrace with lake view. Via the hallway you enter the bathroom with bathtub/shower partition and the double and twin bedroom facing the lake.
An Eldorado for pool lovers and sun worshippers is the large, fenced pool with lake view, open from Holy Week to mid-October depending on the weather and shared. Other times on request. The lake, the beaches and a kitesurfing school are about 15 minutes away on foot.
Villa Quattro Stagioni and the two rustici below are ideal for enjoying privacy and benefiting from the beautiful pool and the large garden. Children will quickly make friends here and have plenty of space to play. Your friendly landlord Giovanni lives in the neighbourhood. Giovanni's wine cellar with reasonably priced wine, olive oil and cheese from the region is popular.
The holiday flats are recommended all year round.
Your vehicle is parked in the garden, entry via remote-controlled gate.
A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 16 years of age
- Heating according to consumption, only when used

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Unterkunft und ein extrem netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich die Beleuchtung in Wohn- und Essbereich könnte ein ganz klein wenig gemütlicher sein. Aber das ist wirklich nebensächlich. Herzlichen Dank auch an die tolle Vermittlung über LABREVA.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Garten als auch der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung hatte genau die richtige Größe für uns. Die Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer sind voll ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung konnten wir viele Bergwanderungen machen, aber auch der Bahnhof, Strand und Restaurants sind in weniger als einem Kilometer gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei jeder Art von Fragen und Tipps zu erreichen.
