The Dascio holiday residence with a total of 8 holiday flats is located in the neighbourhood of the small lakeside village of Dascio on Lake Mezzola, in the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna, the foothills of Lake Como.A holiday oasis directly on the lakeshore with panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Your holiday home is surrounded by nature: the lake, a bird-watching and sports area at the same time: rowing, canoeing, stand-up paddling. Meadows on the lake side, rocky slopes on the mountain side, and occasional residential houses in the neighbourhood. On the lake side is the underwater-lit pool with deckchairs and the Jacuzzi. On the lakeside is the deckchair area and the dining table area with barbecue. Boat mooring on request. On the lake side is the panoramic balcony with canopy, dining table and two sun loungers.

Total area approx. 63 m² inside approx. 57 m² - outside approx. 18 m² - communal garden approx. 700 m².

The Salute holiday flat impresses with its bright and friendly furnishing style, which combines high-quality furniture with modern Lombard flair. The floors are made of stylish wood design tiles.

Located on the top floor of the house, the mountain-side holiday flat nestles charmingly against the rock face. The spacious roof terrace leads to the entrance of the flat via the staircase on the left. The light-flooded living and dining area includes a fitted kitchen to the side, a double sofa bed on the lake and pool side and access to a wide balcony that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and rounds off the comfortable living ambience.

The underwater-lit pool is open from Holy Week before Easter until the end of October, depending on the weather, and at other times on request.
The jacuzzi is available all year round.

For an additional charge: access to the modern spa and wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish steam bath.
Two showers and a changing room are also available. Towels and soap are provided on site.
The spa area can be booked on site and paid for in cash or by credit card.
Opening hours daily from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., admission from 18 years of age.

Your vacation resort Dascio has natural access to the river mouth for swimming.
Small boats, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards can be stored on the lake shore, and a staircase leads into the lake.

The location on the edge of the nature reserve inspires all year round:
Panoramic views combined with cosy living flair.
A paradise for nature lovers and mountain and water sports enthusiasts alike. For sports equipment such as bikes, canoes and boats, there is space for storage by arrangement.
Due to the location on the lakeshore and the pool, small children require increased supervision despite the fenced property.
There is a reception in the residence.

The vehicles are parked next to the holiday home in private parking spaces.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
For hotels and some property providers, the remaining amount must be paid on site. This is stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only when used, €2 per kWh
- Air conditioning €5 per day (only when used)
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 10 years of age, March to October

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war atemberaubend! Ich kann nicht über die Schönheit dessen hinwegkommen, was ich gesehen habe. Die Berge sahen nie zweimal gleich aus. Während meines Aufenthalts fühlte ich mich ruhig, glücklich und geistig restauriert. Moira, die uns eingecheckt hat, war erstaunlich, freundlich und herzlich und Tania reagierte sehr schnell und war hilfsbereit für alle Nachrichten. Du musst auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten, um dich fortzubewegen. Es gibt gute Restaurants, eine Apotheke und einen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe, die etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt sind.

Wow, was für eine erstaunliche Lage, Great Lake und Mountain View ist vor allem vom Poolbereich und Whirlpool aus. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich und hatte alle Gegenstände, die für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt wurden. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern hat für ein paar feuchte Abende geholfen. Der Poolbereich war ausgezeichnet. Ich würde in Zukunft wieder hier übernachten.

Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Pool und den See. Unser Gastgeber war so nett und hilfsbereit und hat alles gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Sie reagierte sehr aufmerksam und hielt uns sogar über die Zugsituation auf dem Laufenden, da wir so ankamen. Sie war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hinterließ einen bleibenden Eindruck in unserer Gruppe. Zur Info: Ein Auto wäre sehr hilfreich in der Gegend, aber es gibt den nahegelegenen Seezugang mit Kanuverleih und tollen Wandern!

Dies ist der beste Teil des Comer Sees, erstaunliche Landschaft, tolle Aussicht, sehr ruhig und malerisch, aber nicht weit von kleinen Städten in der Nähe des Sees entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst bot alles, was man braucht, und alles ist neu im Inneren, inkl. eines wunderbaren geräumigen Balkons. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kinder.
